Bad and good customer service

I had a very bad experience with the nelspruit branch plaza bought shoes,long story short. I wanted to return due to the size they were sending me from pillar to post i went to the shop 5 times with no luck. I have decided to contact their customer service and i have spoken to Jason he was amazing my issues was resolve within a day thank you Jason
