Refuse to assist with claim. False promises made.

<p>Just the same general shocking service one would expect from insurance brokers. I put a claim in for my cell phone 3 days ago. I phone once a day to follow up whilst the person on the other end is "shocked" that nobody has contacted me back yet. However, the same thing occurs daily. I need my phone for work and my debit order is always paid, yet upon claiming for a small item such as this, there is no communication and just no interest whatsoever. Now whenever I phone back, I get told that the person dealing with my claim is unavailable. Absolutely some of the worst service I have experienced in a long time.</p>
