Not honering a motor claim when I was an inocent

I am not a customer of John Burnett Insurance brokers but their client Mrs Khouri is, and I am claiming against her, who intern asked me to claim from John Burnett Insurance brokers.<br> <br> In a car accident caused by their client Mrs Khouri in her Tazz registration KLR138GP, where I was an innocent victim (as can be verified by witness). They then sent the claim to attorney's Botha and Sutherland to try and avoid paying for the damages caused by Mrs Khouri knowing, that I am a pensioner and cannot afford to go to court in this matter. I feel that in this case the intention of the insurance company, John Burnett, Infinity Insurance Both and Sutherland Attorneys are trying to avoid paying for the damages or having the vehicle repaired in every way. I think that this is totally disgusting.
