Rip-off car dealer
I would like to share my so far horrible experience with J.P.R Trading 82 Stormvoël Weg. Owner Johan Potgieter Manager Charl Coetzee. Bought a vehicle from a dealer on Friday 3rd of January (EFT).Ford Figo tdci.The same day the car started leaking oil, barely driven and had to replace the battery plus other faults were pointed out to me by a mechanic I had to pay to assist me when the car didn't want to start,he showed me thing's I didn't even see. Contacted them the same day and said I want to return the vehicle and they refused.I bought it in good faith taking the salesman Lourens word that the vehicle is in good driving condition. Took the vehicle today for a full check at a respectable service centre and they gave me a report on all the mager problems including the Turbo.Went to the dealer and the manager laughed in my face and rep**** we do not refund.The owner of the dealership doesn't take my calls or reply on WhatsApp Before I paid I spoke to the salesman telling him that I'm woman alone is he sure the vehicle motor is in good condition and he reassured me that it is. This is so unexceptible,I see many reviews on here about the same problem.
