I am utterly disappointed in there management.

Currently Johannesburg Zoo has been advertising Festival of Lights that will be taking place until January from 7pm to 10pm daily.

I figured this will be a great experience and a way to liven up Christmas for my niece and nephew. We had purchased 5 tickets. 4 adults and 1 child on the 24/12/2019.

To our disappointment, we arrived at the Zoo to CLOSED GATES and NO PERSONNEL INSIGHT only ONE SECURITY GUARD who had only one answer "Everyone has left, all managers are gone".

The weather was chilly but not raining. I'm really disappointed in this service I wish to be given a refund of my ticket money and compensated for my time and petrol!!
