Long lines

Went to the zoo with my 3 year old what a nightmare it was to get in. long lines in the hot sun. Can we not have a separate line for people with babies? Little children don't understand why they have to stand in a line. The zoo itself inside is in immaculate condition and the animals are happy and well taken care of. I won't be coming again though because of the long line that I had to wait in and the man that took my temperature said that I am making him mad because I didn't remember what the temperature was when I had to write it down.
