JHB ZOO HAS ****** MY MONEY. DON'T DONATE TO THEM

I paid for a adoption of an animal as a gift for my wife. Paid on 9th January 2024. Her birthday was on the 28th Feb and no certifcate or membership arrived.

I emailed everyone on their website not one rep****. Not even the courtesy of a f*******.

I tried calling but as with every government department no ones answers.

The ******* have ****** money.
