Hyperali and Jo'burg Zoo

I had bought a voucher online yesterday (14/12/2019) to go to the zoo today (15/12/2019) only to get there and be told that my voucher is null and void. According to the cashiers the zoo managers have decided not to work with Hyperali. I was so confused and stressed, I didn't have enough money on me. It was the worst!!!! I feel the Zoo is keepinv the ad on Hyperali because they know you won't turn away without getting. It is false advertising and VERY WRONG!!!!!
