Unhappy customer

I'm Phumza Nkonzombi from Johannesburg, I reside in Soweto at Protea Glen Ext 31,I have a complaint about Joburg water in Avalon that happens to mistreat me in a way that I'm on prepaid buying water every month and now I can't get help from them since my meter is not working and now they literally play games with me stating that I have vandalised the box and now they ask me to buy a new meter box for R2500, Im very much unhappy with their bad service,Its been 4 weeks now without water whereas I buy water, I need help asap
