Rude and unhelpful 💧 water staff.

I have been shouted by the lady at Joburg water from joburg water ntemibpiliso street. Accused as well. I have been waiting for Coj to come and install a water meter and I am not getting anywhere. The water is being billed from my statement every month. I have a letter that shows the date and the amount that was paid by the Constructor but they installed some houses and others they didn't. Same constructor. Now the guy from Coj slapped me with a fine if R21000. When I phoned Stela from water .she was very rude. Thembinkisi Khuzwayo from Coj was so rude.
