If your call is not answered after 20 minutes you are automatically cut off and must start again. If you are lucky to talk to a person, they log your call and send an SMS with a number and a website, that does not exist to check on the progress. I have spent R400 the last three days and the water is still leaking from the meter on my side into the street. Beside the call cost i will at the end be liable for the loss of water. As a pensioner with a limited income I consider this ********. The city has passed the water supply to a PRIVATE company that is only interested in profit not service delivery and we are the victims of this mafia style of business
