JW does not adhere to labour laws and delays employee salaries

This company pays their employees late without any communication. According to the labor law they should pay salary no later than 7 days after the contractual pay date but they always exceed it without any consequences. They don’t even give any prior warnings or communication to their employees before the delays. The employees are overworked and underpaid and then have to deal with not being paid on time. The HR department is not useful either. I have a family member who is currently experiencing this and this is causing a lot of emotional damage and mental health issues because they have a family to take care of and bills to pay and always have to deal with paying their bills late with extra interests. They company doesn’t seem to even care. It’s really sad to see how they treat their employees and I am sure if they treat their employees like this then they don’t care much about their customers either.
