Joburg water

It’s been A week without water and trying to resolve the issue. I called Joburg city to log a call and got a reference number and I also asked for the Joburg water numbers too just to speed them up but all the numbers I called they don’t go through luckily one went… and from then on I’ve been sent from pillar to post +27 (11) *** to *** no help. I wondering what’s the point of following the correct procedure and at the end of the day you’re not assisted. And then they want to be called a world class city.
