Unfair treatment

Hi <br> <br> on the 23rd December i went to Joshco office address (1, 137 Sivewright Ave, Johannesburg, 2028) to apply for an apartment in Orlando East next to power park.<br> <br> on our arrival the receptionist informed us that we need to fill the forms and pay R6600 before our application can be processed . We took the papers and left yesterday 5 January 2016 my sister visited the same place i went to on the 23rd of December 2015 and she was never informed of the R6600 application fee. Her application was completed and processed. After the conversation with my sister i decided to contact the JOSCHO office to enquirer again about their application procedure.<br> <br> i than spoke to a Neo who was shocked that I was requested to pay for my application and he the transferred me to his superior (supervisor) Mbali who subsequently informed that I was given incorrect information and she also informed me that the are no more units available. I asked when the last one was taken and I was informed yesterday. Mbali told (with attitude) me that there is nothing she can do for me and I try get hold of a Lindi M. I feel I could have long app**** and got one of the unit but the info I was given was misleading.<br> <br> 1
