Uncertified with respons

In 2018 November I went to joscho office to apply for Turffontein flats.27 I got an sms stating I must send my documents to submit off which I did.Then It went quite,I started to make follow up I phone them ,I was told that Turffontein Flats are put on hold due to breakin that happened in December.How ever I must keep on checking if they are open.I did send an email to enquire Melody respond ,she says Turffontein flats are closed ,unfortunately theres is no space available.I reply again to ask since we have a receipt of a waiting list ,does it mean its no longer working ,my query was escaled to Lease manager Nomonde ,they cc me on the email,a day went by I was resend the email attached my waiting list slip.My email was fowared to Ronelle,she reply to me saying unfortunately I dont qualified because my debts is more than my salary off which I find it hard to believe ,I m a single mom,I dont qualified for RDP,I only qualified for Homeloan which is R3000 000.00 Its not enough to buy a house.I m renting a room paying 2200 plus prepaid R200 I have been renting ,ever since I came to jhb,I once tried to apply flats in flouhofe I was turn down cos back than they wanted a basic of 7000..of which I was earning 7500,now I m earning basic of 8300 plus a guarantee incentive of 7000 of which its more plus over time take home is about R13400'00 after tax deduction ,uif and profident funds.My credit rating is 661 which is good .I m find it hard to believe ,seems like I have to know someone inside in orde to apply ,its frustrating I busy paying someones bonds,if the R2200 I m paying was paying Joscho to help out build other flats for SA citizen it could have been understandable.Ronelle responded was a wow to me ,because she talks as if I m working for debts.JOSCHO supposed to helpout single woman ,not to bring them down.If the bank offer me a home loan of R300k ,why cant Joscho do the same ,its not like I m buying the unit its a rent.I dont have debts that are more than my salary.Its just an excused.
