<p>On the 3rd of november 2014 I went @ joshco housing department to apply for flats @ kliptown golf course phase, at my arrival I was number ten in the queue in front of the was a coloured lady, we started chatting and realized that we were going to apply for the same flats as we entered the office we asked what are we there for and we said application for phase 8 golf course, chantel told me that they were closed for applications of which that surprised me as that day was the 1st day of applications. She told the coloured lady to wait for her in the office and I told to go, I didn't go I sat the reception once they were done with that coloured lady I asked what happened and she told me she filled an application form for phase 8 and they took her documents, chantel saw me talking to that lady and asked what was I still doing there and I asked her how come they took that ladies application when I was told that they are no longer taking any applications, she then called me to the office took my documents and told me that I must not tell the whole of Soweto that they were open for applications, they are going do ITC then call me once everything is cleared of which they did. On the 2nd of december 2014 I submitted all my documents and I was given a receipt which had a unique reference number and I was told that I Will later receive a phone call to go and make a deposit of a certain amount then I can choose a flat, ever since that day till today i've been sent from pillar to post about this matter, I phoned in several times spoke to different consultants who all told me that my application was approved I should wait for the time they start allocating, I spoke to Nokwazi, Neo, and mbali and the others but still nothing happened then I decided to go to their offices I spoke to mbali who checked my application and told me that my application was approved but the are flats available I told her that the were flats available the 3 story flats I went to get prove of what I was telling 7 flats a vacant and the 8th one is occupied by nurse who works at bara and yet they are low cost and people who work for government don't qualify I forwarded this matter to annalize who was the manager by then she told me that they used that flat for storage was surprised by her response that now they store humans. Annlize's contract was not renewed this year for what ever reason s and still am homeless they appointed new staff members I spoke to Warren who is the manager there he checked my application confirmed it was approved but no flats were available and that he can not give the 3 story flat and the people who are staying there now have to move out of which that hasn't happened and am still homeless, I phoned in around February to check what's going on and a lady by the name of nomonde assisted me and she told my application was duplicated and is nothing they can do about it I went there to confirm this they wouldn't show me the duplicate I noticed that my pay slips were missing and she told me that ITC was not done of which that's a lie because the was a tick that it was done, now this gives me a clear indication that my pay slips and reference number were used for another person as it known that the is *****.</p> <p>When you visit phase 8 golf course you'll notice that they were trying to do mini cape flats as majority it's coloured people who reside there.</p>
