Need my money back R7000

I got a reference number via sms to pay 1st month rent and deposit, total is 7000. After paying this Money the leasing lady now comes back to say that their units are all full. I need to know how long is it going to take for me to get my money back. Your phones are not answered and you take forever to respond to emails and you also don't give proper feedback.
