Joshco's unaccessible behavior

I don't seem to understand how Joshco operates, I have been to their office to enquire about available premises to let around Soweto and they told me it was full but if you go Pimville/Kliptown golf course, there are empty units. Then I saw on their website that they have a new project in Dobsonville which was still under construction , then I went to enquire at their office in October and November and they kept telling me it's not ready yet I should call them towards the end of the year, I did as they said but when calling their office no answers the calls. I then decided to use their Facebook messenger, emails, even to an extent of emailing and calling their customers relations manager Nadima Reynolds who is not taking my calls and not replying to my emails anymore. This is really unacceptable, joshco's behavior leads people/civilians to be ****med or use "the wrong path" to try get themselves a place to stay.
