Joshco housing, im realy not happy about how they process the application of their houses. I need this to be sorted and i need answers regarding my application

good day , i really wanna complain about Joshco housing , i completed a form to apply for accomodation last year October and they sent me a message to say my querry waz logged. to my supprised those who app**** after me they now got the place and moved in this January. I am realy worried about yhis. when i call them , they suggest perhaps i lost my fone thatz why i couldnt get another sms.

i need answers why i was not called 2 come and move in while others were moving in. my name is Beauty Khurumetja
