Inside *****

I am literally in tears while I am typing this, apparently I have been de*****ed.

My story is like this : on 29/07/2022 I went to the Joshco office in Braam to submit the application for the Jeppe development, when I reached the office, I was told that I was not suppose to submit the documents on the at the office but at Bertha Solomon, I showed the lady the WhatsApp chats that I had the previous that and how they did not inform me of the submission area, the lady then proceeded to say the applications will close soon but she can assist me since there is an available flat at City deep, she advised that the available is due to a deceased occupant so they will not advertise it, it will just be given to people on the waiting list therefore I needed to secure the space immediately.

She told me I need to pay R3000 for a deposit, I needed to give it her in cash because she had to sent it directly to the Joshco account, she advised that she will provide me with the refence number as soon as the deposit is done, she proceeded to take my number and the copy of my ID. I was suppose in move in September/October, I was not receiving any feedback. I then took it upon myself to follow-up, everyone did not know what I was talking about, I felt like I was the biggest joke in that office. I then wrote an email to complains and that is only when I got feedback.

I guy who assisted me told me that I have been de*****ed and the lady who assisted me on the day is not part of them, now my question is if the lady is not working for them then how did she have so much information about the company, their means that she is working with them and have information from inside.

My money and hopes down the drain.
