INCOMPETENCE

September 2023, I was approved for unit in Lufhereng flats then paid deposit. Then I called after 3 weeks, only to be told no units available at Lufhereng. Then I asked for refund sent all required documents on the 8 th of May, no feedback from Joscho side I must always nag them on emails.
