it's a shame since this department is promising people RDP houses. My grandmother has since app**** for an RDP house since 1998 and she still hasn't received the house till to date. She was even ****med after they called them to update and she paid R3000 & still didn't receive the house . Please assist and here's her ID is stated below. ~*** Please refer us to anywhere where we'll get help. thank you
