BAD SERVICE FROM JOSHCO

Living conditions of Dobsonville Flats are bad, no service delivery at all. No proper security, rude housing supervisors (Thobile,Yonela,Charity) we are staying at a boarding school here. Building was opened in 2020 but the flats are already crumbling and cracking no one to be held accountable. JOSHCO is exploiting the tenants. Paying R2700 for a unit that has mould in it. Site Manager doesn't care
