Johannesburg Secondary school withholding report cards

I wish i could give a -10 rating

My self and so many other parents took a leave day yesterday to collect our high school kids report card from Johannesburg Secondary School and because of the outstanding balance for which they made me make a payment arrangement first, which I did they still refused to hand over my child's report card. According to Section 29 (12) its ******* to withheld a school report, but Johannesburg Secondary School has firstly insulted parents to make them go to the school to collect report cards and then be told they need to make an arrangement for outstanding fees owed. They claim that you making the arrangement with the Finance person at the school, but the finance person at the school is also the cleaner and gate keeper that is very rude to parents. When we were refused out report cards some parents including myself went and pleaded with the principal and myself for one had as per my agreement promised to even make first payment in Dec 2023 but still we were showed away and our kids are left without report cards Please can i have urgent assistance and i need this behavior at Johannesburg Secondary School to be dealt with as a matter of urgency
