Pathetic Service and Communication

Firstly what a horrible unprofessional service we have received from this company.

We had just purchased a new home and was looking to install a gate motor and garage motor and have our gates welded. We were on a tight deadline and asked if it could be met

During this whole process we have nearly exhausted all our annual leave to make ourselves available for this project. Without being notified, each day would come and go with no contact being made as to when installation would start

When it eventually started, it took 3 days for work to be completed which meant 3 days annual leave exhausted. The gates were welded and we were left gateless overnight. When the gates arrived the welding was very sketchy and easily noticeable. Also during the process the gate was chipped and scratched and there was not proper cover up done. At this point i was just happy to have everything installed and to have no more communication with them. One of the workers also still used out facilitates and left the Bathroom in a state by not cleaning after him.

however, It took less than 2 weeks and the garage motor was already giving problems. Each time again we made ourselves available to have this attended to.

Now the kicker is, they contacted us and said they would send some yesterday. We waited and no one pitched up. No phone call or message received. Then i had to again initiate contact and got a call this morning to say someone would be here today. Once again we waited and no phonically or message was received.

This has been the worst experience and service received. It has been really pathetic and now we are still stranded as our garage is not function. I would not recommend using their services as it is way below par. So now we are inconvenienced and out of pocket because we paid for something which does not function.
