Does not honour guarantee

The company replaced a single door garage motor and the wheels and pulleys on a double garage door.

I inspected the work done once I returned from the office.

Generally the job the was completed satisfactorily. However, there were two items that needed attention. One the space between the double garage door and floor. Two the loose mounting for the single garage door.

I was leaving for a trip and told them I would contact them on my return.

I tried contacting the company twice to come out during the 6 month warranty period to attend to those two problems but received no response. A WhatsApp response was read with no response.

I paid a premium price expecting an equivalent service. However, this is not the case.
