Tarring of Carmen Road in Zandspruit extension 21

I live in Zandspruit Extension 21, close to Jackal Creek. I've been living here for over 6 years and to access our complex, we have to drive on a dusty and rocky Constatia Street and another optional road is Carmen street, which is also not tarred. Having stayed for so long, both my vehicles have been damaged and cost me thousands of Rands to fix. We have been taken from pillar to post regarding when these roads will be tarred.

It is frustrating, our understanding is that for a development to happen, the cost of developing a road is paid to JRA, which has been done. We need these roads tarred. The values of our properties are affected by this.
