Robots Out and no assistance.

To whom it may concern.

The following Street lights is contentiously off and reporting it and was told by the consultant yesterday that the JRA switch it off for a reason.

I only need to report one and the rest they will automatically switch on with the same reference number.

I would like to know what the reason may be. Especially for such busy roads.

I think this will make a good Carte Blanche story on M-Net and for the news papers.
