Potholes,damage to car and customer support from jra

On Sunday 26/12/2021 night around 19h40 i was driving down the R553 Golden highway towards between Zakaria park and lehea and hit the first pothole,Then +- 3meters from the first pothole was another big pothole that i hit and couldn't avoid.My car got very badly damaged where 3 airbags popped,front suspension is damaged,2 front tyres are damaged,door panels are damaged,roof lining is also damaged plus the abs pump the car dont have brakes.it wasn't raining but the road markings are very b poor plus there isnt any street lights.So i went to the jra office this morning to get more assistance but the security guard told me they office is closed when i spoke to a lady at the call center she said on the system its open. Im not insured now because off poor road maintenance i dont have a car
