Pothole issue Jhb

The potholes in Jhb are a DISGRACE. Take a look at Grace road, Observatory. The entire road is filled with potholes, some larger than a shallow grave The street provides access to Athlone Girls High School. How can you expect schoolgoing children to walk via this road???? The area is in need of tlc. Do something asap.
