No accountability at JRA
In June 2014 I reported missing manhole cover. Since it is a storm water cover it is about 2m deep. They came and put a chevron tape with a broken tree branch, which they call \secure".<br> I also reported the same via JRA \""Find and Fix\"". I sent to JRA many reminders"

My apologies for an unpleasant experience when engaging the JRA. The JRA is experiencing a challenge regarding theft and vandalism of manhole covers.
We are currently waiting for the delivery of alternative material that will replace the easily ****** material .
