JRA bad service delivery

JRA has signed off completion of streets in Protea Glen Ext 26 soweto which does not have the warning signs which is now a danger to the community.

my house is at the corner and there is a roundabout without any warning or sign indicating that you are approaching a roundabout. and that result in cars driving through my boundary wall five times already.

i have tried to communicate with JRA in several occasion and there is no help....what they did was just chevrons which you can only see once you start rounding the circle.

i have been sending emails to Mr Ngobeni from JRA since last year (2019/10/21) and again this year (02/07/2020) no one has contacted me so far.
