I have called to log calls for pot holes, I have been kept on the line for over 25 minutes, with the lady talking and laughing in the background, does not respond to anything if I say hello, obviously she has just put the receiver of her phone down on the desk, that is how much people that are supposed to help you with any concerns to put your tax money to good use think about their job in helping you. She does not even bother to come back to the phone to say, sorry, she is still busy, or something. Initially the excuse was, sorry the system is slow! What a load of nonsense!
