Johannesburg Roads Agency fruad

I logged a call with the JRA through their agency AON on March the 13th 2017. Nomvula Bhengu sent an acknowledgement of my claim with claim number JRA/035/03/2017nb on the 24th of March 2017 and I made another follow up where I was advised they were waiting for authorisation. Again I did another follow up and was informed by Tshepo Seduke on the 28th of August 2017 that they are waiting for funds. Followed up again on the 2nd of October 2017 and Tshepo Seduke informed me that they are still awaiting funds. On the 5th of Dec 2017 Tshepo Seduke advised that they received funds and they are busy processing payments and that was the last I ever heard of Tshepo Seduke. I sent several emails since the beginning of the year 2018 with no acknowledgment of my emails or replies on my emails.
