Intermittent problem

We have an issue in Tigerfish street, Kaalfontein Midrand where by the JRA drainage system does not work and the water floods to people 's house. All the water from other streets of the settlement and up in house 4644 and 4643 and mainly because the JRA 's manhole is not cleaned regularly and they did not install a pipe in house 4644 even though it takes all the water from the settlement streets. When I called the numbers I am being sent from one person to another and some drop their phones and show rudeness. It has been years since this issue started and no permanent solution was put in place. Meanwhile every rain season someone loses their wall to water as it happened yesterday and people 's belongings inside and outside houses are damaged. Please assist...we would like JRA to install a second manhole and a pipe in house 4644 as it was done in house 4643. This matter is urgent as it is making people 's lives hell. If the city is not coming with solutions they must move people in those low end lands and pay their costs for those houses.
