******* road closures are ignored by JRA

The respective persons at the JRA responsible for ensuring road closures are legal & do nothing when ******* road closures are reported & involve security companies *******ly guarding them is nothing short of disgusting & appalling to say the very least. Security companies like this one know that PSIRA & JRA do nothing.
