Government departments never fails to surprise

I hit a pothole in March and submitted a mail with regards to claining for the damage done to my tire, we in July and I only expect this to be sorted by September according to the consultant. Pathetic service, I pay my Taxes and now I have to wait this long to be reimbursed due to the Governments lack of maintenance
