Dissatisfaction of JRA Services

The 29th of November last year I got two punctures along Golden Highway in Vlakfontein area that were caused by potholes. I did fill the claim forms and attached all the required documents but till today my claim hasn't been resolved yet. I am been sent to pillar to pole every time I enquire about the progress of my claim. If I don't follow up, no one is getting back to me. The last time I hear from JRA was when they gave me the email address of Cleopatra which is ***. So far I've send this lady two email but she hasn't rep**** yet. Our people are not working for citizens of this country but just go to the offices to wait for month end to be paid while we suffer a lot out there and we pay tax and other services.

If the traffic officers could stop me and find myself with worn tyres, they won't even want to know that my good tyres were damaged by potholes and I'm still waiting for my claim to be paid for me to buy new tyres. As a law abiding citizen who doesn't wanna be on the wrong side of the law, I bought two new tyres meanwhile I'm still waiting for my claim to be processed but nothing is happening. I'm did that because I don't wanna be issued a traffic fine for tyres that are worn or end up causing accident because of my negligence.

I just wanna appeal to our government to work for us and remove people that are filling offices just to rich themselves and their families.
