Calgro M3 blaming JRA. Residents’ lives in danger!!

I’ve recently written a review about calgro M3 homes in Witpoortjie Estate, that were built on ******* land and now have sinkholes. Residents have been using grovel to exit the complex because the entrance route has had sink holes for almost over a year now. The response from calgro m3 was that the issue is now with JRA but we bought homes from Calgro M3. Please make this make sense? Just last night, we experienced a tremor. It has now become a norm. How can you sell houses built endangered land? Are you trying to get people killed? A plot for depopulation perhaps? I am failing to understand this. Our cars are a mess because of grovel, moreover we’re forever anxious when experiencing a tremor!!! This is a nightmare, we have been **********, that time 20 years of bond awaits. JRA and Calgro M3 please sort this mess asap it is ENOUGH now
