Branch writes off car
In December 2014 I was driving along near the Parkview Golf Club when an enormous branch from a pavement tree broke off and fell onto my car, almost killing me! My car is now a write-off - Almost R70,000 worth of damage.<br> I know you can claim for pothole damages to tyres etc. Does the JRA cover this? Please advise!<br>
