Atrocious customer service

I live in Northriding in Randburg. We have been having a serious problem with stormwater pipes on Malibongwe road. Our complex (Autumn Acres) is built alongside storm water pipes and every time it rains heavily the sheer force of the storm water coming out of the pipes destroys the boundary wall of our complex causing a serious damage to property. I have lost count of many times the wall has collapsed in the past year. This morning we woke up to find the wall down from the heavy rains from last night.<br> <br> Apparently Johannesburg Road Agency is responsible for storm water systems. The Body Coporate and the Managing Agent of our complex tried several times to get hold of JRA to report this problem. And every time they get sent from pillar to post. No one at JRA is taking responsibility to even promise them that they will look into the problem.<br> <br> I tried getting hold of JRA by way of calling their offices. When I call Johannesburg office I get told the Randburg depo office is responsible for our area. When I call Randburg office I get told the Hamburg depo in Roodepoort is responsible. When I call hamburg depo office no one picks up the phone. We don't know what to do now. Please help.
