Terrible Government Agent

<p>We are truly South African Small Business Entrepreneur that does work for the City of Johannesburg with no support from the City financial wise, yet once we struggled and complete the job then we never get our payments. We borrow money to do the jobs, we dont afford to pay our employees for months but after all these struggle you call JPC for more than two weeks and they simply tell you "no one is paid" or " we dont from Finance" What a simply way to **** small business in South Africa. No one is willing to assist us and the JPC workers attitude is terrible....They dont care about us </p>
