Would have been average if not for...
<p>Interacting with them on the website was seamless and not frustrating at all. They seemed to have been professional when I received the quote and they arranged the time for collection.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then came the day for collection...</p> <p> </p> <p>Even though all the items were moved that I told them to move and were not damaged, I do have a couple of things to mention that are concerning:</p> <p> </p> <p>After agreeing that the movers will arrive at 9:00 Saturday morning, I only received a phone call 2 minutes prior to the collection time to hear that it will be delayed by 3 hours as they will only arrive at 12:00 pm. Then after phoning before 12:00 pm I heard that it was postponed again till 13:00, then I phoned the driver and he told me that he will be there at 14:00. At 13:00/13:30 I tried to get hold of him and eventually at 13:45 he phoned me back telling me that he is coming from Fourways on the N1. At 14:15/14:30 I phoned him again and he told me that is was in Maraisburg. He drove past my house completely. Eventually 15:30 he arrives at my house to collect my valuables. I had to phone a lot and not once did any of them phone me to let me know about the progress or any upcoming delays. This is unprofessional.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I discovered the next day as I was going through my stuff that (even though it is small) two items are missing.</p> <p>1. A small sound box that I used to play sound through my laptop and</p> <p>2. a box of AA batteries.</p> <p>I saw that the box that it was contained in the bigger container box were opened, which suggest that some of the movers have had a look and took what was inside. So far it is the only missing items that I have. This is completely unacceptable!</p> <p> </p> <p>I definitely will not recommend their services unless they start to change the way they do business!</p>
