Job ****

A friend of mine had this Agency recommended to them for carer work. After contacting the Agency a request for Agency fees and relevant documentation was made with a promise to be placed in a job on a Monday as this was on a Thursday. Documentation was provided including the Agency fee made via EFT. They were asked to come in on Monday at 8am. They were asked to provide a Tax number which they did not have and asked to pay R200 to get it done urgently. I objected to my friend making the payment as SARS does not issue Tax numbers with providing certain documentation first. The Agency guy sent my friend a cropped number claiming it to be a tax number. At this point my suspicions were raised as this being a ****/**** Agency. I offered to drive my friend Monday morning to the address in an upmarket office block in Sandton. Security at the desk confirmed that no such company existed in the building. The guy calls himself Tsiko or Tsotsi which appears on his WhatsApp status number ***. This Agency is **** and a **** so job seekers keep away. I've since reported ***** against him with Sandton Police. Johannesburg Job Agency are a ****. Keep away.
