Poor poor management of the school

This college will rip you off every chance it gets. My little brother enrolled for artisan course. For his exams, he was told there was some mistake on his timetable, for that reason he had to come re-write, which I totally didn't understand. If you wrote an exam, how does a wrong time table result in you having to re-write. He wrote the exam a year later and failed, which left us wondering what his chances would've been had they marked his initial paper. He is now supposed to register and enroll for that one subject and by the looks of these other reviews we are just scared to do so.
