Wrong billing

JHC always advice their tents to pay rental on/or before the 1st of every month. For the month of July i paid my rental on the 1st of July. To my suprise my August billing account reflects an amount of R54 for late payment. Really? I contacted Sibongile, the account personnel for JHC and she advised that i paid my rental on the 1st of July but only at 15h00 and not earlier and because we used different banks on their side it reflects that i paid on the 02nd. I then emailed her a proof of payment as proof that i paid on the 1st. Still she said i paid late. For 7 years i have been staying at 4101 Legae Gardens and JHC has never encountered any problems with me. Is this the thank you that i get for being a loyal tenant? Well, bad for you, i will certainly be moving out. Your services sucks!!!!
