What a **** of a company, I moved in in one of their flats called Lethabong Mansions in 2016 from the first day everything was a mess I requested maintenance from day 1 even their leasing agent **** saying the rent was 3310 only to find that it was a three months months OK I made peace with that, had a leaking roof since the year I moved in had maintenance done perhaps five tines but the roof kept on leaking to a point were my couch got ruined, the tiles would just break out of nowhere had to report mainatance still like everything was just a total mess. I decided to move out end of december 2019 due to affordability. They changed banking details and as tenants we were not informed of this , had a query of a missing payment of about R1300 the whole of December and till now in Jan, requested a refund of my deposit and boom got an email from one of ladies named Phumi Jali telling me that i haf a balance of R1900 towards rent then R2333 is charged for paint therefore I'm not liable for any refund mind you I paid R4000 towards deposit so she is basically saying to me they taking my R4000 due to their nigligence of not informing their tenants that they changed banking details and their stupid paint costs R2333 so they helping themselves with my deposit
