TERRIBLE LIVING CONDITIONS

<p> I have been a resident at UKHAMBA MANSIONS for the past 3years, but as time progresses service keeps degrading. It has been a while now lifts are not working, cleanliness standard has dropped since the previous caretaker left. </p> <p>Water goes unexpectedly and still the bill will come on its highest level.</p> <p>Please rectify the problem as it is very inconvinient to use steps all the way to the 17th floor comin g from work.</p>
