PURE UNPROFESSIONALISM, ************** AND SALARY PAYMENT DELAYS

I worked for Johannesburg Housing Company (JHC) in August 2021. The company exploit its workers. They abuse them. Sometimes this company pays its employees after some verbal fights and several follow-ups from my experience with them. It even threaten them that they will be fired most of the times when they ask about what is delaying the payments.

The workforce ************** and racial remarks from its Bosses makes it even way too bad. They prefer Forein Nationals because those people are far from home and they do work 2 months without getting paid. The supervisor by the name of Lebo wanted to beat me up when I asked about the payment delays 15 later after the salary payment date.

I would not encourage job seekers to look for work in that company. With companies like them in the job market, our people are still going to suffer!
