Poor Service Delivery

<p>we have been having water issues since Thursday night, today is Monday and the issue has not being resolved? It is not the same time we experience the water issue in our building. I think it's about time you take us serious, I feel we are been taken advantage of. I know a lot of people that stay in JHC building and never experience the problems we always do in out building. We are being PUnished here. It is UNFAIR. The lifts are not working now, how are we supposed to carry buckets of water form ground floor to 12 floor? Can you please fix the problem ASP!!!! </p>
